Wool Challis for printing

Wool Challis is a plain weave fabric.  Also know as wool mousseline or nun’s veiling.

Made from 100% pure new virgin merino wool, this niche worsted fabric is woven in the UK and finished in Italy.

Pre-treated so it is suitable for screen printing and dyeing.

Main use: Print base for women’s dresses, blouses and skirts.

Eco dyed with gum leaves.

Also available upon request – wool challis suitable for digital printing.
