We dispatch all orders from our studio within 1–2 business days. Every parcel is sent with tracking, so you can follow its journey with ease.

The more you buy, the more you save. Our pricing automatically rewards larger quantities, similar to wholesale rates.

Shipping Information

We use Australia Post satchels and boxes to keep shipping simple, reliable, and cost-effective.

Shipping is based on parcel volume (not weight). Most orders are well under 5kg and fit comfortably within Australia Post satchel limits.

All customers select the appropriate satchel size at checkout based on their order.

Some studio supplies and liquid products require additional care in packing.

Where needed, these may be sent separately or in a larger satchel. We will contact you if additional postage is required.

Small Satchel - Samples & Small orders
For minimal orders

Typical contents:

12 scarves
Silk samples and small fabric cuts
Up to 3 metres of silk
Small tools and accessories (brushes, nibs, pins, applicators)

Medium Satchel - Standard Creative Orders
Our most efficient and most chosen option

Making the Most of Your Delivery

Because silk is light but takes up space, many orders don’t fully utilise their satchel.

A small addition can often move your order into a more efficient packing range — significantly improving the value of your delivery overall.

For this reason, many customers choose to build their order to suit a medium satchel, where shipping works most effectively.

Planning Your Order

If you’re working on a project or series, it can be helpful to order slightly ahead.

This allows you to:

Make full use of your parcel space
Reduce the need for multiple smaller deliveries
Achieve better overall value across your order

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–8 business days

Please allow additional time for remote locations.

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are managed by them. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible.

Some chemicals must be sent by road transport due to postal regulations and may take a little longer to arrive.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Bulky & Specialty Items

Orders that include full rolls of silk require a shipping quote before purchase.

International Orders

We can ship internationally by arrangement.

International shipping isn’t available through automatic checkout.
Please contact us first to request a shipping quote.
All international orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

Once your order has been sent, we can’t control customs delays or delivery timeframes.
