H. Dupont Thickener – control and body for silk painting
H. Dupont Thickener is used to increase the viscosity of H. Dupont silk painting colours and auxiliaries. It gives more body to the dye, allowing greater control over application and reducing unwanted spreading on silk. Unlike anti-spread that is applied over the entire surface, the thickener only changes one colour.
It is used for detailed brushwork, defined shapes and techniques where precision is required. By slowing dye movement, it helps maintain crisp edges and controlled placement.
