Premium Wool Gauze Scarf – Natural Merino (100% Wool)

Lightweight, elegant, and beautifully soft, our Wool Gauze Scarf is designed for artists who want refined results with minimal effort. The open, airy weave creates a semi-sheer finish that allows colour to flow gently through the fabric, producing soft blends, subtle movement, and luminous effects.

Made from 100% pure new virgin merino wool, this fine gauze offers a delicate balance of softness and structure. Woven in the UK and expertly finished in Italy, it provides a smooth, reliable surface that responds consistently to dyeing and printing techniques.

Each scarf is made in our Australian studio and professionally finished with machine rolled hems using fine silk thread, with soft fringe detailing on the short ends—ready to use or sell as a finished piece.

Pre-treated for convenience, this scarf is ready for screen printing and dyeing straight away. It takes colour beautifully, making it ideal for layered washes, tonal work, and expressive designs without harsh edges - see example by Jan, Ditchfield Designs.
