Silk Stretching Kit - Clips, Elastic & Cord Pulls

Make stretching silk for painting easier with this convenient kit designed to secure silk scarves and fabric to your painting frame.

The kit provides everything you need to create up to 25 adjustable attachment points around your frame, helping you keep your silk securely in place and ready for painting.

Using Mini Wonder Clips, rolled elastic and cord pulls, you can easily create adjustable attachment points without the need for pins or complicated fastening methods.

Simply wrap the elastic around your frame, thread the ends through a cord pull and attach a Wonder Clip. The clip can then be used to secure your silk scarf or fabric.

Ideal for silk painters looking for a practical, reusable and convenient way to stretch silk on a frame.

Each kit contains:

• 25 × Mini Wonder Clips

• 26 × Cord Pulls (supplied as 13 pairs)

• 25 × 40 cm pieces of rolled elastic

The 26 cord pulls allow for the two elastic ends to be threaded through each cord pull, with one spare cord pull included.

How to use:

1. Wrap a piece of elastic around your frame.
2. Thread both ends of the elastic through a cord pull.
3. Attach a Mini Wonder Clip to the elastic.
4. Use the clip to secure your silk fabric or scarf.
5. Loosen elastic, secure hem of a scarf with the clips.
6. Tighten elastic as required.

Repeat around your frame to create up to 25 attachment points, adjusting the spacing to suit the size of your silk and frame.
