Three Point Pins

Use 3-point pins to stretch silk over a frame. They ensure good tension. Place them at regular intervals, side by side so that the tension is uniform.  

Each box contains 100 tempered steel/nickel pins.

How to use 3-point pins

• Place your silk on the frame.
• Leave enough silk (1 or 2 cm) so you are able to place the pins without damaging the work.
• Push the pins side by side on the frame ensuring the silk is smooth without being too tight. If it’s too tight the fibres could spread affecting the final result.
• When finished, simply remove the 3-point pins with the round end of a knife.
