Dye colour

Yields yellowish browns, nutmegs, grey browns and olive browns.  Overdye with indigo for stunning grey greens.

Mordant

• For protein fibres – use alum mordant at 15% WOF.
• For cellulose fibres – mordant with alum at 15%.  There is enough tannin in Cutch so no extra is needed.
